We know what it takes to learn and build skill as an electrician, from pre-apprentice through Master Electrician status.
We understand the difference in experience and expectations at each skill level.
We don’t take a candidate’s word for it if they say they are a Journeyman. We administer bend tests, for example, and skill assessments to make sure we have accurate knowledge of each electrician’s capabilities.
We won’t blindly accept a customer’s request for an electrician without thoroughly learning about the work, the jobsite, and the project. We’ve got to be speaking the same language, and electrical is a language we know.
We stay current on electrician licensing and certification requirements in each state. We are continuously building our knowledge and providing training to our field associates, so they learn and grow along with us.
And, we are active members of industry groups like the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC).
The Construction Talent electrical team works with contractors and subcontractors on commercial, industrial, energy and large-scale residential projects. We also handle placement of qualified electricians for low voltage, alarm system and telecommunications jobs.
