Jared is a 4th generation electrician, construction staffing expert, and U.S. Marine. After nine years in leadership roles with some of the nation’s largest workforce companies, he started Talent Corporation in 2017 with a vision to create a staffing business where people come first. He has worked hard to grow the company ever since. Away from the office, Jared plays ice hockey, golf and practices yoga.

Eric Waite

Executive Vice President

Motto: Being humble is not thinking less of yourself, it’s thinking of yourself less.

Driven by a tireless work ethic and blue-collar background, Eric’s ambition led him from work as a golf caddy at 12 years old to bartender and cook by 15. He started in the staffing industry in 2006 and over the years has become a staffing master, leading recruiting, operations, and sales teams across the country. Eric joined Talent Corps in early 2018 where he leads the executive team and day-to-day operations. Eric and his wife recently relocated to Texas and are proud parents of their son, Ollie.  In their spare time, they love travel, adventure, and sports.

Bob Brandon

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Motto: Process removes emotion.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in business from New England College where he played hockey, Bob spent five years competing in the minors chasing his passion. He began his professional career and spent 17 years in the financial services industry where he held regional leadership roles across the United States. He was attracted to Talent Corporation in 2018 when Jared introduced the company vision and high growth potential. Away from Talent Corporation, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.

Richard Webb

Vice President, Operations

Motto: Let me show you the why.

Richard has spent his career in the people industry, progressing from recruiter to senior operations positions over the last 22 years. He recently joined the Talent Corporation executive team in a C-level operations role that is the capstone of his career to date. Richard, Big Dog to his friends, is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and earned an executive certificate in leadership/management from the University of Notre Dame. He and his wife are the parents of three-year-old twins.

Linda Reed

Vice President, Finance

Motto: Be the Change!

Linda has thirteen years of experience as a controller in the staffing industry. She combines that background with finance roles in private industry and a public accounting career with Coopers & Lybrand. At Talent Corps, Linda oversees the accounting department, internal control systems, and financial reporting. She loves being part of a strategic leadership team and working together to grow the company.

Ed Reusch

CFO

Motto: Ability is important. Dependability is critical.

Ed is an experienced leader with a broad skill set including extensive financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, banking, and contract administration. He brought his proven track record to Talent Corporation in 2018 following 23 years with the National Hockey League’s Dallas Stars. Ed earned his bachelor’s degree and MBA from The University of Dallas. His competitive drive and will to win are an ideal fit with the culture and spirit of Talent Corporation.

Martha Hernandez

Manager, Human Resources

Motto: Life is what you make it.

Martha was the second employee to join Talent Corps in 2017. She started as a field associate and was recruited as Corporate Office Manager in 2018. Her promotion to Human Resources came in 2020. She has watched the company grow over the years and enjoyed working on building the HR policy and process infrastructure. Martha’s background in construction and her passion for work shine through to her coworkers, field associates and customers.

Todd Livingston

President, Medical Talent

Motto: Strive to be a first-rate version of yourself instead of a second-rate version of somebody else.

Todd earned his BNS from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. After working as a nurse, he found his true calling in the medical staffing industry, where he’s made his career for more than 18 years. After taking several firms from start up to profitability, he joined Talent Corps in 2020 to launch its Medical Talent division. But Todd’s biggest success is seeing his three daughters become successful women. He spends his R&R time outdoors with his canine sidekick Georgia.

Lynette Skorka

Executive Assistant

Motto: Be kind, be respectful, accept one another’s differences.

As Executive Assistant, Lynette is the glue that holds the leadership team together. She joined Talent Corps in 2020 after more than 20 years in the commercial title and surveying and industries. Her experience in project management and expertise in multi-tasking are two things that make her an ideal fit for this role. Lynette earned a degree in biology from Texas State. She is a “military brat”  who settled in her adopted state of Texas.
